Where do you ship from?

When will my order ship?

- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3 hours after successful payment. Standard processing takes 3-5 days, but during peak seasons or crises, it may take an additional 2-4 days.
- Shipping Notification: Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. Please note that tracking information may take up to 6 hours to update.
- Split Shipments: Some orders may be shipped separately. If this happens, you will receive multiple dispatch emails.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
For standard USPS shipments within the contiguous United States, delivery typically takes 14-21 business days.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return & exchange policy?
- Returns: We accept returns only for damaged or defective items, which must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Exchanges: Need a different size or color? We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
- Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 6 hours of successful payment.
